Usually the fighters have to use their parth of the body to defend, such as hands, feet, knees, elbows and the head.
Wich is known as “NAWA AMUT†or as “the nine weaponsâ€.
Most of all for the fighters to be most efficient must combine the body with the soul and the spirit.
And meditasion, use music and literatures.
